Job Description
Sample Development: Collaborate with design and product development teams to translate design concepts into physical samples, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Ø Material Selection: Source and select appropriate SyntheticYarn ( Cotton, polyester, nylon, and rubber, spandex).
Ø Prototype Testing: Conduct fit and wear testing on sample to evaluate comfort, functionality, and performance, making necessary adjustments to improve fit and appearance.
Ø Sample Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sample specifications, materials used, production processes, and any modifications or revisions made during the sampling process.
Ø Sample Presentation: Prepare and present samples for review by internal stakeholders, external clients, and merchandising teams, ensuring samples are well-presented and representative of final production quality.
Ø Sample Coordination: Coordinate sample production schedules and timelines to meet project deadlines and customer delivery requirements, communicating any delays or issues proactively.
Ø Quality Assurance: Inspect samples for quality and accuracy throughout the sampling process, identifying and addressing any defects or deviations from design specifications.
Ø Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline sample development workflows, enhance efficiency, and reduce lead times.
