1. Onboard enterprise customers for solutions delivered by Masters India
2. Support ongoing or new integration projects undertaken for enterprise customers.
3. Maintain highest standards of customer support to be provided
4. Follow up for resolution with DEV/QA team on the issues raised by the customer.
5. Continuous customer success approach with zero attrition to be ensured.
6. Resolving customer queries related to the product (E-invoice and E-way bills).
7. Completing tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
1) Should have highly developed all round interpersonal skills.
2) Organized, Multi tasking, Tracking on client mails/tasks and reverting them on time.
3) Should be able to work in a cross-functional environment.
4) Should have knowledge in MS Excel, power point, MS Word.
5) Prefer any experience in Product Presentation, Demo, product manual creation.
6) Excellent communication, customer facing and negotiation skills.

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated sales executive and back office to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for pursuing sales opportunities through traditional channels and by utilizing new technology and communication software to reach new prospects. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach are a must.

• Minimum three year sales executive and back office experience required.
• Day shift job and timings 10 am to 6:30 pm
• Working days are from Monday to Saturday.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through COLD,WARM,HOT calling, networking, and India Mart.
• Build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect lists.
• Listen and draw out the concerns/problems of others to identify possible solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Set up meetings with potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services.
• Prepare and report on goals, sales, and prospects.
• Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company.
• Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Shadow Calls with Sales team, meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and needs and collate the details.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Shadow Sales team to understand and build ability to negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
The above will be during the initial Coaching or Training period, which will be determined and informed to them. Post the training period and basis the evaluation and decision we will modify the Role and Responsibilities from a Target and Ask perspective for them to Drive and work independently.
Requirements:

• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of CRM is a plus
• Good understanding of sales, marketing and negotiating techniques
