Complex Litigation Attorney Job Description
We are seeking experienced attorneys to join our team as Complex Litigation Attorneys. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in defense litigation, preferably with experience in general liability, personal injury, transportation, and catastrophic injury cases.
Responsibilities and Expectations
Manage a litigation caseload independently, handling cases from start to finish.
Collaborate closely with colleagues and partners to achieve shared goals.
Conduct regular trial preparations, investigations, court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
Provide timely and effective communication with clients and relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
JD degree from an accredited law school.
California Bar membership in good standing.
Minimum 2-8 years of defense litigation experience.
Prior experience in Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, and other civil litigation areas is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Client-facing experience is preferred.
Able to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
Legal project management expertise is a significant advantage.
