The Role A Sandwich Builder at Paper Bag isn't just slapping meat on bread. You're the craftsman behind the product — the person responsible for making sure every sandwich that goes out the door is something we're proud of. If you have a natural attention to detail and genuinely care about the food you make, this is your spot.
What You'll Do
• Build sandwiches to order with speed, consistency, and care
• Prep house-made sauces and spreads to recipe spec
• Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
• Follow food safety and quality standards without being reminded
• Work as part of a tight-knit team during service
What We're Looking For
• Some kitchen or food service experience preferred — but we'll train the right person
• Pride in your craft and attention to detail
• Ability to move with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality
• Reliable, punctual, and a good teammate
Compensation
• Competitive hourly rate
