80 Acres Farms is a vertical farming leader, operating commercial farms in Ohio, Kentucky, and soon Georgia in addition to research and development farms in Arkansas and The Hague, Netherlands. This position is on 2nd shift and will work Wednesday-Saturday, 10am-8:30pm OR Sunday-Wednesday 10:00am-8:30pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
• Responsible for pressure washing industrial equipment with care
• Disassemble, clean, and sanitize production equipment
• Keep and maintain sanitation logs
• Reassemble production equipment
• General cleaning in all areas (Break room, restrooms, production, etc.)
• Make sure all water/debris is removed from the ground
• Mop designated areas and empty garbage as needed
• Clear communication with team and supervisor on the assurance of completed duties
• Assist with production when needed (tray cleaning, etc.)
• Other tasks as assigned
ENVIRONMENT:
• Repetitive motion throughout the shift
• Standing or walking for a long duration of time
• Crouching and kneeling
• Lifting up to 50lbs
• Will be exposed to 3+-degree temperatures and heights when working in the packaging area
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Industrial Cleaning 1 year (Preferred)
• Manufacturing 1 year (Preferred)
• Pressure washing experience preferred
• At times, prolonged and frequent walking over short distances
• Ability to operate machinery, use a ladder, & lift 50 lbs
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent and prompt attendance
