Senior SAP ABAP Developer- ( HR Module)
· Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in programming and developing custom enhancements and reports using SAP ABAP;
· Strong knowledge of Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), Benefits Management (BN);
· Develop reports using ABAP list viewer (ALV), ABAP Objects or interactive drill down reports.
· Expert knowledge of SAP enhancement framework.
· Experience in understanding the identified gaps and provide solution(s), translate it to technical efforts and estimate the work for the same.
· Experience in writing technical specifications.
· Experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring quality of development.
Experience in HR Module is Must.
