Description:
Vayuz Technologies is seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP developer to join our team. As an ABAP developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Maintain ABAP Programs: Design, develop, test, and maintain ABAP programs to meet business requirements.
• Data Modeling and Optimization: Design and implement Core Data Services (CDS) views for data modeling and optimized performance.
• OData Services Development: Develop and expose OData services to integrate SAP systems with external applications.
• RAP Development: Work with RAP (Restful Application Programming) to build modern, cloud-ready SAP Fiori applications.
• DDIC Management: Manage DDIC (Data Dictionary) objects like tables, views, structures, and domains efficiently.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues in ABAP developments.
• Collaboration with Functional Consultants: Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Testing and Code Reviews: Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and ensure compliance with SAP best practices.
• Tech Documentation and Support: Maintain technical documentation and provide support for existing applications.
Requirements:
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ABAP programming, CDS views, OData services, RAP framework, and DDIC.
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification: SAP Certification in ABAP development.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development, SAP S/4HANA architecture and best practices, performance tuning and debugging ABAP programs, familiarity with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
