Designation - SAP BO Developer JOB DESCRIPTION SAP BO and application L1 Production Support and Operations Engineer Handle day to day production requirements L1 SAP BO reports monitoring Handling production data requests L1, L2 issues analysis and troubleshooting, Proactively Own the SAP BO setup and ensure environment and data availability to the business users, Assign production tasks, incidents and follow up for closure Proactively drive improvement tasks, Handling escalations due to data mismatch, report unavailability and environment unavailability User and business communication Status reporting SOP preparation Incident and problem managementSkillsResource should have good communication skills and able work with minimal supportShould have good Knowledge on:Various data sources and its connectivity.Hands on exp in BOBJ Universe creation (Single and Multi Source)Complex calculations and query creationShould be good and hands on in BOBJ Various functionalities (Drill down, Sections, Breaks and Run time calculations)Should have very good in interacting with users and get requirementShould be good in managing team and technical deliverables.Should be good in decision making.Excellent knowledge of SAP Business Objects Suite including SAP HANA, SAP LumiraExperience with PL/SQL, SQL server, Oracle and HiveExcellent analytical and organization skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong knowledge of Release Management in Business ObjectsGood Understanding of administration via CMCThorough understanding of complete Software Development LifecycleSelf-motivated, good interpersonal skills and inclination to constantly upgrade on new technologies and frameworks.
