Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Architect to lead and drive our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP BTP services, cloud architecture, and integration patterns, helping our organization leverage SAPs cutting-edge capabilities to enhance business processes and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement SAP BTP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution architecture, covering areas such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite, and SAP Data & Analytics solutions.
• Lead end-to-end cloud-based application development using SAP BTP services, including API management, event-driven architecture, and workflow automation.
• Architect and oversee integration strategies between SAP and non-SAP systems leveraging APIs, microservices, and middleware solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in the adoption of low-code/no-code development tools within SAP BTP.
• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in cloud environments, aligning with industry standards.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP BTP solutions.
• Stay updated with SAPs evolving BTP roadmap and recommend enhancements to improve business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver successful BTP implementations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to internal teams on SAP BTP best practices and capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as an SAP BTP Architect with a deep understanding of SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Extension Suite.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP BTP development tools such as SAP Business Application Studio and CAP (Cloud Application Programming) model.
• Experience in cloud-native application development, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP in conjunction with SAP BTP.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Node.js, Python, or ABAP RAP.
• Strong understanding of security models, including identity and access management, authentication, and authorization in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies in SAP environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• SAP BTP certification(s) in areas such as SAP Integration Suite or SAP Extension Suite.
• Experience with SAP AI and Machine Learning services on BTP.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
