What you’ll do As a member of this team, you will be responsible for system and landscape operations, handling many challenging issues and projects in the newest SAP Cloud Technologies, like HANA, Fiori and NetWeaver/ABAP across multiple SAP’s own datacenters and Hyperscalers like Azure, GCP. You’ll also be collaborating closely with IBP Product Development, IBP Architecture, Cloud Architecture and Cloud Infrastructure teams, spread across various geographies. O wn and handle operational tasks like Monitoring/Alert handling, Incident Management, Change Management, System Installation, Provisioning, Life Cycle Management activities like Hotfixes/Patches and Upgrades. A ssist in the resolution of application-related problems. R esearch and resolve database problems, ensuring database integrity, security, stability, and system availability. U pdate systems using Software Update Manager (SUM), SPAM/SAINT tool. C onfigure STMS, dump analysis, user and profile management. P erformance monitoring and tuning. S upport Continuity of Business. C ontribute to Root Cause Analysis. A utomation knowledge is an added advantage (Shell script, Python, Ansible etc.) C oordination with other support functions and the team to resolve the issues in a timely manner. B achelor’s degree in information management, Computer Science, or a related field. S trong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A bility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
