At least 8 years' experience in SAP FI and CO Area
Configuring FI module components including New General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Treasury, EBS
Setting up CO module components including Cost Centers, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing (including BOMs and Routings), Profitability Analysis (COPA), Manufacturing Variances and Settlements, and Profit Centers
Worked on Master Data components including Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Bank Master, BOMs and Routings
Knowledge on Accounts receivables Credit and Deduction Management, Accounts Payables including VIM/SR/OpenText, Process Runner Creation of templates for the business.
Extensive experience with FI/CO integration with other process modules like SD, M, PP, PS etc.
Awareness of Change Management and Incident management process
Providing CO expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition.
Providing configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support as necessary.
Leading design of CO interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements.
Developing and maintaining systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases.
Supporting development of training work products and respond to trainer questions.
Defining user authorization requirements.
Providing help desk support, assisting and resolving end user support problems, resolving CO defects ('break/fix'), analyzing proposed improvements or changes to the Navy ERP CO solution and system
Preparing/conducting briefings, demos or training sessions as needed
Desired Attributes and Skills:
Previous experience delivering SAP solutions while working for a professional services consulting organisation will be highly valued.
Has implemented globally designed template solutions into a regional (subsidiary) market.
Team lead or project management aspirations in combination with a strong drive to develop as a functional consultant.
