• Key Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for leading the AO delivery from offshore for SAP applications 2 Maintaining the SLAs for all the applications 3 Identifying service improvement opportunities 4 Client satisfaction 5 Responsible for status reporting and maintaining key metrices 6Open to travel client location
• Technical Experience : 1 10 Years of SAP experience 2 Experience in SAP CO , COPA , profitability analysis 3 Knowledge of ITIL processes along with ITIL certification 4 Experience in leading an AO project having L2/L3 support 5 Experience should be more than 5 year in costing module only 6 At least 2 end to end implementation 7 Has experience in Product costing, Material Ledger and COPA
• Professional Attributes : 1 Good Communication skills and client handling skills 2 Accountability and ownership of delivery from ATCi
• Educational Qualification : 1 Minimum 15 years of full-time education 2 ITIL V3 Foundation certification is good to have
