Position- SAP Concur Consultant
Location – Bangalore/Kolkata/Pune
Experience- 6+ Years
NP- Immediate -1month
SAP Concur Consultant will be responsible for the following activities:
• Fulfil customer configuration needs
• Work with customer to analyze the requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Report and present complete details of work performed.
• Adhere to SAP Concurs rules of engagement for working with customers
• Ensure adherence & improvement of set KPIs such as SLAs, technical expertise , customer satisfaction.
• Work towards removing roadblocks in terms of team's knowledge.
• Manage customer escalation and liaise with internal teams.
• Coach team members towards higher performance levels.
• Work towards improving customer satisfaction from the Service Administration and care services portfolio.
• Provide technical expertise at situations which demand higher level of expertise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
