SAP Concur Support Analyst Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive SAP Concur Support Analyst to manage, enhance, and support SAP Concur and the integration between SAP Concur and Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS). This role acts as the central coordinator across business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless operation of travel and expense processes, data interfaces, and ongoing enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand functional needs, pain points, and enhancement requests related to SAP Concur , Oracle EBS ,and other supported COTS applications.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams vendors .
