Job Title: SAP Configurator - Level II
Contract role starts with 6 months
100% remote
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in SAP configuration, particularly with the Fieldglass application.
- Proven track record of managing ServiceNow tickets and system configurations.
- Familiarity with SAP cloud solutions and the principles of cloud computing.
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP system configuration and release management processes.
- Experience in providing global support across different time zones.
