Perform gap analysis to align existing SAP CRM functionalities with C4C capabilities.
Lead data migration activities, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and accuracy.
Configure and customize C4C modules (Sales, Service, and Marketing) based on project requirements.
Utilize Cloud Application Studio for advanced customization where standard configurations fall short.
Design and implement end-to-end business processes within C4C, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP systems.
Oversee integration of C4C with SAP ERP and other SAP modules, ensuring a unified system architecture.
Configure OData services and middleware for real-time data flow between on-premises SAP CRM and C4C.
Conduct functional and technical testing to validate system functionality, stability, and data integrity.
