Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Consultant to join our team and provide expertise in managing day-to-day issues and light enhancements related to SAP CRM. As an SAP CRM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the SAP CRM system and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day issues and troubleshooting related to the SAP CRM system.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their CRM needs.
• Provide expertise and guidance on SAP CRM functionalities and best practices.
• Work closely with the IT team to configure, customize, and enhance the SAP CRM system as per business requirements.
• Perform system testing, documentation, and user training for SAP CRM enhancements and changes.
• Support the migration from SAP Hybris to SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Collaborate with developers proficient in .Net, Java, ABAP, and other development solutions to integrate SAP CRM with other systems and applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CRM features, updates, and industry trends.
• Act as a subject matter expert on SAP CRM during client presentations and discussions.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, including initial pricing, for SAP CRM implementations and enhancements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP CRM Consultant, preferably in an SAP shop environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CRM functionalities and configuration.
• Experience with SAP Business Warehouse and reporting products, including SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Familiarity with SAP Hybris and its integration with SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Proficiency in .Net, Java, ABAP, and other development solutions for SAP CRM customization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve CRM-related issues.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
