• Technical Experience : a: Should have at least 4-5 years of experience in CRM should have experience in following components b: Good knowledge in SAP CRM: Good understanding in End to End Process of Utilities d: Web Client UI CRM -Base Customizing in CRM e: sales and marketing in CRM f: Should have experience of 1 E2e implementation project g:Good to have skills: SAP CRM Sales Service; SAP CRM Service
