- Provide functional expertise and manage testing in SAP S/4HANA modules related to customer billing across different countries
- Analyze and optimize billing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in a multi-country environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DRC processes across multiple regions
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to address compliance-related issues and ensure alignment with local regulations
