EDI Operations
§ Worldwide in-house EDI/EAI support and SAP consulting for the specialist departments and development of new solutions
§ Conception, introduction, and documentation of new connections with the involvement of the specialist departments and business partners
§ Creation of EDI/EAI documentation
§ Creation of interface mapping for inbound and outbound messages in the SAP as well as NonSAP environment
§ Monitoring of EDI/EAI computers and processes
§ Further development of already existing EDI/EAI processes
§ Supervision and support of different project phases; test, start-up, go-live and hypercare at home and abroad
§ Second level support in the areas of EDI, EAI, SD and MM
§ Error analysis in EDI/EAI processes
§ Support of external EDI service providers
§ Creation of mapping guidelines
Change management (Solution Delivery - Design / Build / Test)
§ Understand and collect business requirement for approved Change Requests
§ Evaluation of requirements (implementation possibilities, effort estimation, duration of implementation, etc.)
§ Build & implement Functional concept & Technical Concept
§ Define processes and methodologies for configurations, testing, transport/deployment
§ Assist in the preparation of system testing and maintenance of end-to-end scenarios.
§ Execution of IT tests incl. test case creation and test documentation
§ Implementation - if necessary in cooperation with external service providers
§ Documentation of the solution document (Functional/Technical specifications)
§ Creation/updating of user manuals and, if necessary, training documents
§ Go-live Preparation & Hypercare
