Job Description
Key Responsibilities : Proficient in Configure, Customizing and Testing of FSM Scenarios as per client requirements; Working on implementation projects on FSM as key technical developer; Document functional/technical designs, test cases and results Technical Experience : At least 1-2 years of implementation experience in SAP FSM and at least 1 full lifecycle on SAP FSM project; Having good experience on implementation of SAP CRM / C4C Service module for 3-4years will be an added advantage; Strong understanding of end-to-end field service management processes; Good knowledge on Javascript, core SQL for Business rules/Queries; Understanding on FSM API to integrate with various systems; Good to have knowledge on building and using Extensions and JasperSoft Reports
