Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP FIN FI (Financials Finance) Consultant to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Financials (FI) solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial accounting processes, hands-on experience with SAP FI module, and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their financial requirements and design effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial accounting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, configure, and implement SAP FI functionalities, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting (BA).
Customize and extend standard SAP FI functionality to meet specific business needs.
Configure and integrate SAP FI with other modules such as Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM).
Perform testing to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes and reporting.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FI during the development and deployment phases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide guidance and best practices to clients regarding financial accounting strategies, processes, and data management.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FI features, enhancements, and industry trends.
Prepare technical documentation, including solution design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer activities for end-users and technical teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as an SAP FIN FI Consultant or a similar role.
Strong expertise in SAP Financials (FI) module, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
In-depth knowledge of financial accounting processes, principles, and reporting requirements in an SAP environment.
Experience in integrating SAP FI with other SAP modules, such as CO, SD, and MM.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
SAP FI certification is a plus.
