Key Responsibilities : 1 Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements related to device management and exception module 2 Resolving the tickets based on the agreed TAT in contract 3 Resolving user issue and support them on daily operational tasks 4 Perform the enhancement and changes 5 Propose the solution as part of global template and Recommend the architectural or business changes
Technical Experience : 1 Must have device management or ISU ABAP technical with some functional knowledge 2 Good to have sound knowledge of ISU ABAP 3 Good to have ABAP on HANA experience would be an added advantage 4 Good to have SAP IS utilities knowledge 5 Good to have understanding of service order and BPEM processes
Professional Attributes : 1 Good Communication Skill 2 Good Analytical skill and presentation skill 3 Decision making ability
Educational Qualification : minimum 15 year full time education
