Key Responsibilities : 1 As a SAP ABAP HR consultant manages all design aspects of SAP HR module configuration and reporting including translating business requirements into functional designs, which includes configuring business objects, methods, containers, triggering events, strategies for role resolution, HR org structure and info types 2 A SAP ABAP HR consultant guides the team for detailed analysis; design, coding and testing of programming/software within the stipulated time frame
Technical Experience : 1 5-7 yrs experience on ABAP HR, consultant should have exposure to map business requirements into SAP by way of providing solution design and configuration in the area of SAP HR 2 Has Provided and facilitated operational support to the customers and team members 3 Must to have Knowledge on Webdynpro ABAP based forms which are used in HCM processes, ODATA, and workflow
