Key Responsibilities : 1Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements 2 Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with client Understand the ASIS and TOBE process and prepare Blueprint Document with Gap Analysis and mitigations 3 Should be able to provide Functional Specification to the technical team for module related developments
Technical Experience : 1 Must have SAP HCM Organizational Management, 2 SAP on Hana Conversion experience is must
Professional Attributes : 1: Strong team facilitation skills 2: Strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution skills 3: Excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of full time education
