Key Responsibilities : a: Minimum 2 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM b: Minimum 5 years of experience in design and configuration of SAP US Payroll c: Must have 2-3 full life cycle implementations for SAP/EC US Payroll d: Should have worked as an SME for US payroll e: Experience in - SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll, Tax Reporter configuration, f: Experience with BSI tax factory, Third party remittance, Payroll catalog definition including but not limited to collective bargai
Technical Experience : a: minimum 2 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM executing parallel payroll testing b: Minimum 5years SAP Experience c: Good to have support or implementation experience d: Business stakeholder management and good communication/presentation skills
Professional Attributes : Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in a global environment b: Should be able to work with the customer independently c: Maintain customer satisfaction
Educational Qualification : Any Graduation / post-graduation
