• Key Responsibilities : 1Support Business Users/ Admins on functional activities of Personnel Administration and Organizational Management based Processes hiring to retirement as part of SAP System Upgrade 170+ to 2021 2Support on custom workflow rule engine setup at multiple clients / environment 3Analyze the upgrade impacts and provide headsup for the changes required on the SAP FIORI standard and custom applications as applicable 4Identify approvers and trouble shoot HCM Self-Service Applications Standard
• Technical Experience : 1Support business users in documentation of technical test scenarios and initial testing 2Adhere to the defined process steps analyze, re-produce, test Unit Test, Functional User Testing, Support User Acceptance Testing and Deployment 3Support in preparation of Design Documentation covering Operational and Troubleshooting topics 4Support roles and authorizations which are customized 5Have an understanding on SAP HCM Personnel Administration, Organizational Management
