Job Description
SAP IS Retail Consultant with minimum 8 to 10 years of experience with any of the S/4 HANA versions of 180+, 1+0+, 2020, 2021, 2026
• Analyse the customer's business process and SAP solution design
• Adopt Best Practices of IS Retail
• Preparing, contributing towards and running process design workshops, configuring/developing SAP solutions, demonstrating and gaining acceptance from the customer
• Performing configuration/development and assisting the customer in testing cycles
• Leading conversation with customers
• Working with the customer and project team to ensure the required content is gathered and documented in a useful, structured format during the Business Workshops
• Building trust and credibility by consistently delivering assigned tasks on time with high quality
• Preparation of Business Process Procedures, Fit-Gap Analysis, Test Scenarios, Configuration/ Development Documentation, End-User documentation and User manuals
• Preparation of all documentation such as Functional specifications, test scenario's, Configuration documents, etc.
• Responsible for Data Migration & Cutover activities
• Transfer SAP knowledge to customers and team and build relationships & credibility. Provide Hypercare Support and ensure all tickets are logged and resolved within the agreed timelines
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks by initiating, think through and developing a plan that is executed and delivered according to the established timelines.

• Excellent experience and good understanding of S/4 HANA systems including 180+, 1+0+, 2020 Versions, CAR (Customer Activity Repository), POS etc.
• Excellent understanding of POS Interfaces, POS Inbound, POS Outbound, 3PL, etc.
• POS Sales for Gift Card, POS Sales Tender Posting
• Chargebacks
• Good understanding of Master Data Governance (MDG) in Retail environment
• Experience working on Fiori Projects
• Data Exchange: EDI, Interfaces and Idocs.
• ABAP: Debugging, troubleshooting, knowledge on standard Function Modules and BAPI.
Qualifications
• Degree or equivalent/recognized professional qualifications
• Exposure to multiple project implementations preferably 1-2 End-to-End SAP S/4 HANA IS Retail Implementations
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Ability to articulate ideas and opinions to all stakeholders
• Ability to lead and work in teams - interpersonal skills are essential
