Title: SAP JVA (Joint Venture Accounting) Consultant
Location: Offshore role in India
Duration: 6+ Months with extensions
Job Description:
• We are seeking a highly skilled SAP JVA (Joint Venture Accounting) Consultant to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its application in joint venture accounting.
• This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successful SAP implementations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Configure JVA master data, including joint ventures, partners, and profit-sharing arrangements.
• Set up JVA document types, posting rules, and validation rules.
• Configure intercompany transactions and settlements between joint ventures.
• Integrate JVA with other SAP modules, such as FI, CO, and SD.
• Ensure seamless data flow and reconciliation between modules.
• Migrate historical JVA data into S/4HANA.
• Cleanse and transform data to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate JVA functionality.
• Identify and resolve issues during the testing and go-live phases.
• Provide on-site or remote support during the go-live phase.
• Assist with user training and knowledge transfer.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the JVA solution.
• Address user queries and resolve issues.
• Implement enhancements and configuration changes as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its JVA functionality.
• Hands-on experience in configuring JVA master data, document types, and posting rules.
• Knowledge of integration points between JVA and other SAP modules.
• Experience in data migration and data quality management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in SAP implementation projects, preferably in a JVA context.
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA or SAP JVA is a plus.
