Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned SAP EWM Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain management, Carrier Management, transportation, and warehouse management processes. You will leverage your deep knowledge of SAP EWM and your extensive experience in project management and application management to drive efficiency and excellence across our integrated supply chain domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design solutions, and implement best practices to support our ambitious growth goals.
Roles And Responsibilities
• SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Functional Professional is an individual with expertise in implementing and configuring the SAP EWM module for an organization.
• SAP EWM is a comprehensive solution that provides advanced warehouse management functionalities, such as inventory management, order fulfillment, cross-docking, labor management, and integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their warehouse management requirements, processes, and pain points.
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications and designing the SAP EWM solution.
• This involves configuring EWM settings, defining warehouse structures, and mapping business processes.
• Implementing the designed solution by configuring various EWM components, such as organizational units, warehouse structure, master data, storage control, and process-oriented settings.
• Collaborating with other SAP teams (such as SAP MM, SAP SD, or SAP TM) to ensure seamless integration between EWM and other modules.
• This involves defining interfaces, data mappings, and integration points.
• Conducting system testing to validate the configured solution and performing end-to-end scenarios.
• Additionally, providing training and support to end-users for a smooth transition to the new system.
Must-Have Skills
• Should have at least 3-6 years of Proven experience in SAP EWM on the functional side
• Should have good knowledge of SAP EWM configuration, business process and Cross functional knowledge and Integration skills with other modules like TM, MM-IM, PP, QM and OTC .
• Good exposure on all standard EWM Processes like Inbound, Outbound, Internal and Physical Inventory, Quality management Integration.
• Experience of working in SAP S4 EWM support or implementation projects.
• Extensive knowledge of supply chain management, transportation, and warehouse management processes.
• Proficiency in SAP EWM configuration and customization.
• Experience with integrated supply chain technology stacks and familiarity with relevant industry best practices.
• Expertise in process design, functional specifications configuration of business process scenarios.
• Hands-on experience in setting up warehouse structure, POSC (Process oriented storage control), LOSC (Layout Oriented Storage Control), WOCR (Warehouse Order Creation Rules), Wave mgmt, RF framework, MFS (Material Flow System), PPF (Post Processing Framework) etc.
• Knowledge experience with integration between EWM / RF Devices.
• Must have good knowledge on Replenishment Process (that is the controlled and regular movement of inventory from an upstream point on the supply chain to a downstream location that requires sufficient stock to cover demand).

• Certification in SAP EWM is a plus.
