We are seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing Expert to join our team. The SAP Manufacturing Expert will play a critical role in optimizing our manufacturing processes by leveraging SAP Manufacturing solutions. This position will be responsible for configuring and customizing SAP Manufacturing modules, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing expert guidance to the manufacturing and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities.
• SAP Manufacturing Module Expertise:
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Manufacturing modules, including SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP MM (Materials Management), and SAP QM (Quality Management).
• Configure, customize, and maintain SAP Manufacturing solutions to align with the organization's manufacturing strategy and business requirements.
• Production Planning and Scheduling:
• Optimize production planning and scheduling processes within SAP.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including materials, machines, and labor.
• Shop Floor Control:
• Implement shop floor control functionalities in SAP to monitor and control production activities in real-time.
• Ensure accurate tracking of production orders and work-in-progress.
• Quality Control and Assurance:
• Manage quality control and assurance processes within SAP QM.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications.
• Inventory and Materials Management:
• Oversee inventory management and materials procurement processes using SAP MM.
• Optimize inventory levels and reduce material waste.
• Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP manufacturing configurations and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
