Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) Total 10+ years of experience as a SAP Functional consultant. At least 8 years of experience with the SAP MDG as well as accompanying knowledge in other modules such as MDM. 6+ years of experience in international SAP implementation projects over the entire life cycle. Successful cooperation with the customer's departments, a good understanding of business processes and support in creating the technical requirements documents. Experience in working with on-site business managers as well as in-depth knowledge of business processes. Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills combined with the talent to understand new tasks quickly. Management of a service delivery organization and monitoring of service level agreements. Experience with standard processes such as ITIL, ideally with certificate Capability to handle pressure situations Ability to lead the team and take things end to end independently Strong Communication skills. Very strong English speaking/writing skills Excellent client handling skills Desired skills - Analytical and Communication skill - SAP Certification will be added advantage - Willing to work in extended hours support environment - Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team Domain SAP - Pharma
