Key Responsibilities : 1: Resource should be familiar with SAP MM/ Database Administration/ BASIS services like- Solution Manager alerts monitoring, Transport Management, SAP module integration incidents/ problems, Client SAP GUI/ Printer management, Client systems performance monitoring 2: Resource should have knowledge on Implementation of SAP Online Service Systems notes/ hot packs suggested by SAP and coordination with SAP Hana Enterprise Cloud team for OS level clarifications
Technical Experience : 1: Resource must be able to work/ deliver on the incident/ Problem management to address the issues within SLA service levels 2: Resource should be able to Guide/ mentor the juniors in the team on the SAP BASIS processes and procedures 3: Resource should be able to take-up organizational initiatives apart from delivery work
Professional Attributes : 1: Having analytical, excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work effectively 2: Excellent Interpersonal skills
