Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering SAP projects on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP projects including implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage project plans, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams.
Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and methodologies.
Track and report project status to stakeholders and senior management.
Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure successful UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience managing SAP projects.
Good understanding of SAP modules and business processes.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is a plus.
SAP certification is an advantage.
Experience in S/4HANA projects preferred.
