Must have good SAP project management experience with Handling support engagements Must have good communication skills and good client handling skills Must have good analytical skills to go to the root cause of the problem and help in solving the problem along with the team Must have experience with SAP products like SAP ECC, Solman Must have understanding with SAP RICEFW and related terminologies Flexible to work if different timezone Good hands on experience in people management, Documentation, client status reporting, Working on proposal, Process improvements Must have good knowledge on Incident management, Change request managent process Must be able to govern team to SLA and KPI monitoring, coducting war room sessions Handling client communication for P1/P2 types of tickets
