Key Responsibilities : Must be flexible to work from Client Location across India 1 - Responsible for leading the AO delivery from offshore for SAP applications 2 - Maintaining the SLAs for all the applications 3 - Identifying service improvement opportunities 4 - Client satisfaction 5 - Responsible for status reporting and maintaining key metrices
Technical Experience : 1 - 10 Years of SAP experience 2 - Experience in SAP SD 3 - Knowledge of ITIL processes along with ITIL certification 4 - Experience in leading an AO project having L2/L3 support
Professional Attributes : 1 - Good Communication skills and client handling skills 2 - Accountability and ownership of delivery from ATCi
Educational Qualification : 1- Minimum 15 years of full-time education 2 - ITIL V3 Foundation certification is good to have
