Job Description:
Project SAP S4 Role creations.
User maintenance. (User creation in Non-Prod systems). Password resets in systems where necessary.
Support with BOT (Automation users) & Load testing accounts as needed.
Account setup/update for OSS connections.
Troubleshooting production issues and support Business users.
Quarterly Audit support (Provide documentation on controls as requested. Including FF ID log reviews.).
Project testing support as needed.
Wiki documentation.
