We are looking for SAP SF EC Consultant for our client organization.
Work experience: 3+ Years
Work location: Remote & Onsite (Oman)
Job description:
3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central (EC) module.
Minimum 1 implementation experience is must.
Strong understanding of Employee Central master data, organizational structures, and workflows.
Experience with business process design, configuration, and system customization.
Knowledge of data migration, reporting, and integration of SuccessFactors EC with other modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, etc.).
Ability to work on data replication and management tools.
Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) modules based on business requirements.
Collaborate with business users to understand and document requirements for HR processes related to Employee Central.
Perform end-to-end system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system functionality.
Manage and maintain Employee Central master data, workflows, business rules, and other relevant configurations.
Provide post-implementation support, addressing user queries and resolving issues.
Assist in integration activities between SuccessFactors EC and other systems (e.g., payroll, time management, etc.).
Conduct system enhancements and upgrades to ensure the platform remains up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactors releases.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and HR teams on Employee Central functionalities.
Create documentation for system configuration, business processes, and best practices.
