SAP SME OR SAP Subject Matter Expert/Architect

Key Responsibilities:
• System Administration: Manage and monitor SAP systems, including ERP, S/4HANA, BW, and other SAP landscapes.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct regular performance tuning and system health checks to ensure optimal operation of SAP applications.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide support for SAP infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis for technical incidents.
• System Upgrades & Patch Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain system security and compliance.
• Landscape Management: Maintain multiple system landscapes, including development, quality, and production environments.
• Security Management: Oversee user access, roles, and authorizations, ensuring compliance with security policies.
• System Backup & Recovery: Manage and execute backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data and systems.
• Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, including configuration changes, upgrade procedures, and system maintenance records.
