Job Overview
NAMTECH is seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, documentation, configuration, and support. This role demands a thorough understanding of SAP modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• SAP Implementation :
• Lead or participate in SAP implementation projects, including system design, configuration, testing, and go live support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with project teams.
• System Configuration :
• Configure SAP modules according to business requirements.
• Customize SAP functionalities to enhance system performance and user experience.
• User Support and Training :
• Provide expert-level support to end-users and troubleshoot issues related to SAP modules.
• Conduct training sessions for users and create documentation for SAP processes and procedures.
• Integration and Enhancement :
• Work on the integration of SAP with other systems and applications.
• Develop and implement enhancements to existing SAP systems to improve business processes.
• Project Management :
• Manage and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Documentation and Reporting :
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and project plans.
• Generate regular reports on system performance, project status, and user feedback.
• Vendor Management : Liaise with SAP vendors and service providers. Manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and system performance.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP consulting, implementation, and support.
• Expertise in at least one SAP module (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP HCM).
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration points between modules.
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Project management experience is highly desirable.
• SAP certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
• Experience in a consulting environment with a track record of successful project deliveries
