Job Description
We are specifically looking for an EC Payroll Consultant with strong implementation experience who has worked in client-facing roles and can independently drive workshops and discussions. Profiles with only support/AMS experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end EC Payroll implementations
Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions
Configure and deploy EC Payroll solutions aligned to business and statutory requirements
Act as a client-facing consultant, managing stakeholders and expectations
Troubleshoot issues and support post-go-live stabilization
Perform payroll reconciliations and ensure accuracy and compliance
Mandatory Requirements (Please apply only if you meet these):
5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience in conducting workshops / requirement gathering sessions
Solid understanding of payroll processes, priorities, and reconciliations
Preferred:
Experience in ANZ Payroll (Australia/New Zealand)
Exposure to Managed Services (post-implementation support)
