Position: SAP SuccessFactors Implementation: Junior Specialist / Developer
Job type: Contract / Freelance
Duration: 6-+ months full time / part time. (June 2026 to Dec 2026)
Work type: Hybrid (Client site in Powai, Mumbai and remote WFH) Flexible hours
Compensation: In the range of Rs 100-250 per hour capped based on the level of responsibility, actual time and deliverables paid on a monthly basis.

Project overview One of our fast growing client in the electric manufacturing industry has implemented SAP S/4 HANA on premise solution. Client is now planning to implement SAP SuccessFactors to extend the HCM capabilities. JangleTech is tasked to manage this implementation. We are looking for implementation partners and experienced professionals to implement an industry standard template with minimum customizations. Modules include employee central in SAP S/4 HANA and Talent Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Learning, Rewards in SuccessFactors.
Number of vacancies: 3
Responsibilities
Highly energetic, enthusiastic and committed professional.
Must have recent implementation experience.
Prepare test data and execute test cases
Support a senior in training (Train-the-trainer) & workshops for stakeholders.
Provide bug fix during three months warranty after deployment
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters in IT/Comp Science, Production, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Attended or conducted SAP / SuccessFactors Trainings
1-2 years of configuration/functional experience with SAP HCM modules and/or Success Factors
Agile and SAP Activate methodology experience
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate
