• Key Responsibilities : Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding20 module Translate Business requirements into System Configuration and create solution design for ONB in compliance with Best Practices Leading customer workshops and optimization project Capable of handling complex requirements and handle integration between SF Modules/3rd party solution Identify system limitations/gaps and make recommendations Design innovative solutions and Go Live Support Develop documents and train End Users
• Technical Experience : 1 SuccessFactors Onboarding 2 Integration points between SF Recruiting Management, Onboarding and Employee central 3 Successfactor certification with experience and expertise in modules like Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and Employee central 4 2SAP HCM Certification preferred but not required and functional experience and expertise in one or more modules 5 Should have worked in min two Full life-cycle implementation of SAP HR or SuccessFactors projects
• Professional Attributes : Should have good communcation skill and should be able to interact with client
• Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Education: MBA in HR/ BE/ Any Graduate/Postgraduate in HR Domain
