Full job description

ERP SAVVY is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Solution Design Lead to support and drive process design workshops and solution architecture for our HR transformation initiatives. This role will focus on Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central, with a strong emphasis on leading practice adoption, simplification, and harmonization of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively support and facilitate process design workshops and discussions.

Provide expert knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors implementation leading practices.

Partner with Process Design Experts to drive simplification, standardization, and harmonization of the to-be solution design.

Identify and document customer-specific process-related solution requirements (Business Requirements List).

Ensure consistency of the SF solution design with the agreed to-be process design.

Advise on feasible solutions for customer-specific requirements not covered by leading practices.

Demonstrate leading practices and solution capabilities to support process design discussions.

Develop a comprehensive solution delivery plan that addresses the needs of complex business areas.

Create a detailed roadmap for implementing critical technical elements of the deployment.

Analyze customer business needs and devise implementation strategies for Onboarding and other SF modules.

Required Qualifications:

SAP SuccessFactors Certifications in:

Onboarding 2.0

Employee Central

Proven experience with at least 2 full-cycle Onboarding 2.0 implementations.

Familiarity with Recruiting and Employee Central modules.

Basic understanding of third-party integrations (e.g., ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow).

Understanding of the EC Mini-Master concept.

Preferred Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Experience in global HR transformation projects is a plus.
