1. Hands-on experience with Successions planning, Compensations and SLS
2. Be able to train in these modules
3. Developing/Testing
4. Cliet facing role; therefor need to have wrong written and oral communication skills
5. US Citizenship Required.
6. Remote with 25% travel.
