Job Description
• Analyse, develop, code, test, debug, and document programming on assigned applications to satisfy business requirements for business areas.
• 3-5 years' experience writing customized code in SAS, including macro programming, and connecting to external data stores.
• Design, implement and Understanding of ETL processes using SAS DI.
• Uses modelling tools and repositories to define data and business process requirements effectively and efficiently.
• In-depth experience in automating data processing and programming statistical tests.
• Strong technical knowledge of statistical analysis, modelling techniques.
• Effective time management skills and can work independently.
• Use import and export procedures to transfer data into different formats using SAS functions and arrays for manipulating data for producing descriptive statistics.
Key Skills
• Candidate should have 3-5 Yrs. of experience in SAS Programming and SAS Data Integration Studio/Server, SQL, Python, SAS Viya (Visual Data Mining & Machine Learning).
• Expertise in ETL development using SAS Data Integration Studio 4.+ ETL toolset.
• Skilled in various DI transformations including Look-up, Loop, Transpose, Sort, Append, Rank, List Data, Extract, Table Loader, Merger, Split, SQL, SCD Type 1 & Type 2 Loader, Data Validation, Creating Custom Transformations, Change Data Capture, and managing indexes and constraints.
• Strong experience in writing SAS Code, Deploying & Scheduling Jobs, chaining jobs, metadata promotion.
• Hands-on experience in Base SAS, Advance SAS programming, SAS Macros, Performance Tuning, and optimization techniques of DI jobs.
Preferred Qualifications
• SAS Languages: SAS/Base, SAS/Macro, SAS SQL.
• SAS Tools: SAS/DI, SAS Information Delivery Portal, SAS Stored Processes, SAS Management Console, SAS Enterprise guide.
• SAS Certifications: Base Programming Using SAS, Data Integration Developer for SAS, Advanced Programming for SAS.
• Hands-on experience in Python, SQL, Classical Machine Learning, PySpark, Databricks, Celebal Technologies, we offer solutions powered by machine learning and artificial intelligence to our clients.
