We are seeking a Saute Cook to join our kitchen team. You will assist in meal preparation, cooking, and presentation in our professional kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare all served food to high standards
Plan food production to meet meal serving hours
Maintain accurate knowledge of menu items, abbreviations, and portion sizes
Follow standard recipes and procedures
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
Requirements:
Previous experience in cooking or culinary arts
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and techniques
Strong attention to detail and quality
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Able to collaborate as part of a team
