Responsible for the Retail Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Store Operations, Customer Experience and People Management
2. Job Profile
· Achievement of store sales targets as per plan for retail metrics like UCP value sales, bespoke revenue, conversion & repeat customer, average ticket size
· Conduct home visits, new collection introduction, and reduce dormancy by direct connects, customer profile enrichment after meeting the customer
· Curate experiences in coordination with Privee for birthday/ anniversary celebrations of key customers outside or within boutique
· Tap into repeat customer network by planning and executing events in-store or external with support of repeat customers
· Maintain efficient store operations through morning meetings, store upkeep and VM, grooming score, commercial compliance, SOP compliance, stock rotation
· Ensure exceptional customer experience through CRM updating for product related NPs, CRM fill rates, ZPP enrollment, NPS surveys
· Lead store team by motivating, coaching and training staff, conducting quarterly review and feedback.

4. The right person
· Graduate with 7-11 years of experience in luxury retail sales, and minimum 5 years in Fine Jewlery Industry
· Exposure to local retail marketing / promotion activities and customer experience management will be an added advantage
· Behavioral Competencies: Customer Centricity, Delivers Results, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Building Effective Teams.
· Functional Competencies: Business Acumen, Product Knowledge, Commercial Acumen, Sales Planning, Process Orientation
