2C Acquisition Role - Digital Business Vertical Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Digital Business Vertical team as a D2C Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through various digital channels. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition through digital channels such as social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and analytics to develop and implement effective acquisition campaigns. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and maximize ROI. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and customer acquisition. - Identify and test new acquisition channels and tactics to drive growth and expand our customer base. - Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions. - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and senior management. - Stay informed about the latest digital marketing tools and technologies, recommending and implementing new tools as appropriate. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. - Proven experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media advertising, search engine marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. - Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
