As a part of this team, the resource will be responsible for
• Use standard incident and change management processes while working on technical tasks related to build and maintenance of environments
• Implement and maintain compliance against predefined Service Acceptance Criteria for every project that engages the team.
• Assist in the build of solutions to support efficient, maintainable, secure and resilient Environment management processes for build, test, production and DR environments.
What will you be doing?
• Support to resolve Incidents & Changes for EaaS Environment Support by adhering to respective individual processes.
• For projects that have engaged with team, understand the requirements and work along with other Environment managers to review and finalize scope of work.
• Undertake E2E vulnerability management for supported projects.
• Oversee Support service offerings for Non -production environments such as Break Fix infrastructure support, support implementation schedules of planned outages due to Change driven by GTSM, Infrastructure upgrade and patching, Auto-monitoring and alerting of test infrastructure issues.
• Maintain up-to-date documents related to environment demand management.
• Undertake daily, weekly and monthly report creation.
• Co-ordinate work between test teams and the various application support teams responsible for providing environment support.
• Ensure no single point of failures in the team and there is continuity in providing the
